Hunter Beast's Bitcoin JPEGs
I heard about Ordinals before most folks because I'm a Rust developer
focused on the Bitcoin ecosystem.
I've actually made contributions to
Ord, and think
Casey is a fantastic guy.
I'm a Bitcoin maximalist because of things like Ordinals!
Say what you will of inscriptions, Bitcoin is for everyone.
Bitcoin devs never censored inscriptions, because doing so was not
incentive-compatible with miners.
And not just that; censorship has no place on Bitcoin.
Regardless, early on, I inscribed a few things to the timechain.
I'd later come to realize not only are these valuable, there's trustless
ways to sell them. (tyvm
OpenOrdex and
Oren Yomtov,
already tried it, and it works great!)
So, anyway, here's some JPEGs, if you'd like to own them, just click the
link and follow the instructions.
They're kind of like snapshots in time, back when inscriptions were new
and controversial. So, I figure there might be some value there to some.
In the very least, some sales of particular pieces are split with
co-creators.

1kB???: One day I found this in my wallet. I have no idea what it is. But
whatever, it's a firesale on Hunter's wallet. Could be worth something
to someone?

The Furry Illuminati: Nothing more can be said of the Furry Illuminati, except that there
is a Furry Illuminati.
-
#172599.
Declaration of Monetary Independence: This was present at Bitcoin Miami in 2022. Thousands of people signed
it. I was asked to inscribe a copy on the timechain. It's surely worth
something, right?

Harmless Bits: An old Dilbert meme that came to mind during the controversy, which I
took the time to find and edit for satirical purposes.

Hunter Beast: My actual profile picture across just about everything, by
Baxter Desroches, a starving artist and good friend. Proceeds go to funding me a new

Academic paper claiming there was proof of CP on the Bitcoin
timechain as early as 2017: For those who appreciate the irony... (Do not post CP to the
timechain folks, or else you will find the "4chan Party Van" parked
outside rather quickly).

Flower: My friend from Wyoming had me inscribe this once I told him, hey man,
there's this cool new thing called inscriptions! And he had this picture
he was really proud of taking, it was super fiddly. He also has a framed
physical copy that's also for sale, if you're interested in that, be
sure to reach out to me on Nostr. He's a really kind man, and certainly
deserves your sats. Besides, it is indeed very pretty.

How to Stop Bitcoin: Proceeds split with the DIBA social media coordinator, Anastasia.

1Kitsune: This belonged to a very good friend of mine. I told them, hon, I'll
bet people would pay half a bitcoin for your inscription. And she was
like, wat? That'll never sell. And so I just paid her her half ahead of
time. Whattaya say, folks? Was I right? I'll admit, it was not easy to
import the WIF vanity key on her paper wallet, but I learned a lot more
about Bitcoin doing it.

I support muh frens: Proceeds split with my friend and local bitcoiner, ThePresidents.

There's some neat stories behind some of these, in case anyone's curious,
feel free to ask. A lot of these I was inspired to post by interactions
with others at the time, so for some of these, I'm actually splitting the
proceeds 50/50. That's why some are for sale for 0.30 BTC and some just
for 0.15 BTC.
Thanks for looking through my collection! And even if you can't buy,
please share!
I might also list other inscriptions here from friends who also inscribed
during that time, so be sure to check back occasionally!
